About Catherine

Life can look "fine" on the outside while feeling overwhelming on the inside. Maybe you're carrying anxiety, navigating a major life transition, healing from painful relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. You don't have to figure it all out alone. I work with women and teens who are ready to move beyond survival mode and create lives that feel more peaceful, meaningful, and authentic. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including CBT, attachment-focused therapy, psychodynamic principles, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while always seeing you as a whole person-not a diagnosis. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, self-worth, trauma, relationship challenges, or the demands of motherhood, therapy can become a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and more connected to your own inner strength. Healing doesn't happen because you're "fixed." It happens because you're finally given the space to be seen. I'd be honored to walk alongside you on that journey. Read more Show less
