About me

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker I specialize in providing individual therapy to people experiencing challenges in the various domains of their life. This may include concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, adjustment, parent/child dynamics and school/work. I believe that it is an honor and a privilege to be a part of your life. Having worked in the mental health field for nearly 20 years I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations in a variety of settings. I believe that different approaches work for different people and tailor the therapeutic experience to what will work for you. I utilize a range of evidenced based theoretical approaches including person-centered, trauma informed, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and/or existential therapy.
