About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s degree in Human Relations. I have a wide range of clinical experience working with children, teens, and adults in various inpatient and outpatient settings addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, addiction and trauma. My counseling style is empathic and collaborative. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, relaxed, and combines various components of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered, and other trauma-informed modalities. You are the expert on you and we will work together to ensure your needs and goals are met! Congratulations on taking this first step toward a better you! I am here to offer support and guidance on your journey. Looking forward to meeting you soon!
