About me

Hi, my name is Cassandra! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada and North Dakota, I am also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in the state of Nevada I have been fortunate to work with many different people within the past 5 years primarily regarding substance abuse and within the past 2 years working with mental health. I have experience working with individuals regarding anxiety, self-esteem, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, and anger. My focus has been primarily with adults from age 18 and up. My counseling style, I would say is warm and interactive. I believe the hardest part in the process is to seek help and be open with someone regarding issues, so I believe in treating everyone with warmth, respect and compassion. I utilize evidenced based practices such as CBT, MI, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy.
