About Casey

I’ve spent 20 years in mental and behavioral health because I believe people are capable of more than they realize, even when things feel heavy. What draws me to this work is sitting with someone in the middle of a hard season and watching them find their footing again. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri. I earned my undergraduate degree from Southwest Baptist University and my Master’s in Counseling from Missouri State University. My clinical background spans forensic psychology, psychological testing, relationships, and sexual health. I work with individuals virtually across Missouri. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, eating disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, maternal mental health, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. My practice is a space where all of who you are is welcome, whether that includes your faith, your identity, or both. I draw from several evidence-based approaches depending on what fits you: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy. My style is warm, direct, and judgment-free. I’ll meet you where you are and help you figure out next steps that actually make sense for your life. If you’ve been sitting on this longer than you meant to, that’s normal. Most people do. You don’t have to have it figured out before you reach out. A first session is just a conversation, and I’d be glad to have it with you. Read more Show less
