I am licensed in California with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, & trauma. I also have experience working with substance use issues. In order to support my clients, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
