About me

Hello my name is Cali Park. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and national certified counselor. I have 6 years counseling experience working in a variety of settings. I am most passionate about helping women develop a greater relationship with themselves to ensure long lasting healthy relationships with others. My expertise when working with adults include helping clients improve self esteem and self worth , reduce loneliness and isolation, recover from abandonment and breakup trauma, reduce depression, anxiety, and procrastination, set and achieve realistic goals that add purpose and meaning to life, learn healthy communication to apply at home, with friends and with coworkers. I approach counseling as a collaborative process in which the client and I will be able to establish a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. Throughout the relationship we will work as a team to explore and define present life difficulties and develop goals for the future that are easy to apply to daily life and solution focused. If you feel worthless, discouraged, heartbroken, unfilled, un motivated, overlooked, or broken, I am here to support you. I look forward to meeting you.
