About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee with over 37 years of experience. I believe we are all on a lifelong journey of healing and growth, regardless of our circumstances. I have had much success in helping couples. My mission is to help people get along better with the important people in their lives, including themselves. I specialize in helping clients cope with stress and anxiety, improve relationships, handle family conflict, and navigate parenting challenges. I also work with individuals in marriages where only one spouse is interested in improving the relationship. My philosophy is to teach people how to live from the inside out by empowering them to focus on the things they can change to gain more effective control of their lives. I am passionate about helping others achieve inner peace in their lives by gaining the skills they need to make more effective choices.
