I am a licensed therapist with 23 year of clinical experience in the state of California . I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which is an evidence based theropy that is highly effective in treating anxiety, stress, anger issues, emotion regulation issues, relatioinship issues and life changes. DBT combines cognitive behavioral treatment with mindfulness based awarenss and skill building to improve coping skills and address symptomes. Treatment will focus on your specific needs.
