I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in North Carolina with over 6 years of experience working as a therapist and behavioral health consultant. I have worked in many areas such as military, school, primary care, and long term living facilities. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, self-esteem, and ADHD. My counseling style is welcoming, interactive, and conversational. I believe that my patients are the experts of his or her life and I love assisting my patients with unlocking said potential. I possess excellent active and reflective listening skills and believe in treating each patient with respect and authenticity. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help guide my sessions. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
