About Bridget

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet still feel stuck. They may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a persistent feeling that they are working harder than everyone else just to navigate daily life. Some are neurodivergent. Others have spent years trying to understand themselves and still feel like something isn’t clicking. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience helping adults navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and create lives that feel more authentic and meaningful. My approach is collaborative, curious, and practical. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood rather than judged, and when we take time to explore not only what is happening, but why. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop new ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and build a deeper understanding of yourself. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can think out loud, ask big questions, and explore parts of themselves they haven’t fully understood before. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feel ready for change, therapy can offer an opportunity to gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence. I look forward to connecting with you! Read more Show less
