About Brian

I help couples and individuals restore connection when they’re struggling with recurring conflict, trust issues, or post-infidelity pain. As a former pastor with over 11 years of experience as a therapist, I use attachment-based approaches, somatic techniques, and client-centered dialogue to calm the nervous system, heal relational wounds, and build lasting intimacy. My own counseling journey was life-changing-it uncovered painful patterns and guided me toward healthier connection. That experience inspired me to pursue advanced training in attachment and somatic therapies, combining clinical skill with the deep empathy I developed in my 15 years as a pastor. Today, I work with clients to mend trust, ease anxiety, and rebuild resilient relationships. I believe healing always happens best in the safety of a caring, attuned connection. Read more Show less
