About Brent

I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and emotional struggles. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and concerns around self-esteem and life changes. My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for your values and worldview. I specialize in helping clients explore life purpose, work through forgiveness, process trauma and posttraumatic stress, and address mood-related concerns and impulsivity. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly heard and understood. I'm honored to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I'm particularly experienced in supporting older adults. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you can bring your whole self-including your faith and beliefs-and feel genuinely supported as you move toward greater peace and resilience. Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm grateful you're taking this important step. Read more Show less
