About me

The path to discover one’s best self is exciting and never ending. Change requires hard work and can be tough, however the view from the other side is breathtaking. I provide a safe, non-judging space, for clients to embark on a journey to discover their most authentic self. Clients are encouraged to explore all facets of their lives to create understanding and foster betterment; ultimately leading to increased self-acceptance, confidence, hope, empowerment, and peace. I approach each client with empathy, kindness, compassion. I also bring a deep understanding that wellness comes from change and creates resilience, and it is an ongoing journey that is unique to everyone. If you’re seeking a therapist who brings professional competence, and a genuine passion for your well-being, I am here to support you on your LifePath to Wellness. Together, we can lighten the load and unpack the things to ignite change. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, and the Founder and CEO of LifePath Wellness, LLC. I have practiced as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) since 2010, Certified Professional Counseling Supervisor (CPCS) since 2013, and National Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (NBCCH) since 2010. I have served as a Clinical Director and managed one of the largest behavioral health accountability courts in the State of Georgia. I have worked in mental health facilities, the criminal justice system, as well as private practice. I use the following evidenced based practices: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Hypnotherapy, to work with clients on strategies to overcome obstacles and personal challenges. I work with adults 18 and older experiencing a myriad of mental health. I have a special interest in trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ community, older adult (65+) community, excessive anger, domestic violence, relational issues, interpersonal conflict, grief, and loss.
