About Beverly

I'm a licensed therapist in Oklahoma with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life's most challenging moments. My work spans stress and anxiety, addiction, parenting concerns, self-esteem, and anger management-drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to each person's unique needs. My approach is recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally competent. I work with people facing mental health concerns, substance use, and co-occurring challenges, and I care deeply about meeting each client with respect rather than judgment. I also have a special interest in supporting women with children, while welcoming clients of all ages and backgrounds. My hope is that our work helps you build practical change, reconnect with your abilities, and move toward a steadier, healthier life that feels more manageable and more fully your own. We’ll begin by turning down the outside noise and focusing on what feels heaviest for you right now. In a first session, I want to understand what you have been carrying, what has brought you here, and where you most want support. You can expect a welcoming, respectful space where we begin sorting through what matters most at a pace that feels honest and productive. In our first sessions, we'll explore questions like: What would healing or progress look like for you? What is bothering you the most? What changes would you hope to see in your life? These conversations help guide our work together and ensure therapy is focused on what matters most to you. Read more Show less
