About Beth

I am a licensed psychologist in Minnesota with over 16 years of experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, and coping with life changes. I also have experience working with issues related to codependency, setting healthy boundaries, and relationship difficulties. For those who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapy process, I offer faith-based counseling as well. My approach draws upon principles of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and family systems. My goal is to facilitate your healing process by offering a safe space for you to share your story. Taking that first step in reaching out for help can feel intimidating, but it can also lead to renewed hope and healing. I look forward to working with you to explore how I can best support you on that path. Read more Show less
