About me

I am a licensed psychologist in Utah with 35 years of professional work experience. I am a full time professor training doctoral students in psychology and teaching undergraduate courses along with conducting research on psychotherapy. As a result, I limit my counseling services to a few hours each week. I have experience helping clients to cope with stress, anxiety, grief and loss, or other life changes along with working on motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment and where we can work together on realistic goals. It takes courage to seek help and share your challenges. I look forward to working together with you when you are ready to take those steps.
