About me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of professional experience as an educator, therapist, and former non-profit leader. As an LMFT, when working with individuals, couples, and families, I pay attention to all the relationships you have with those around you, your family of origin, sociocultural factors, your religious, faith, and/or spiritual practices, and a variety of other things that make you who you are and impact how you move about your daily life. I work with clients on a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, racial trauma, grief and loss, life changes, and so much more. I am committed to working collaboratively with you to set and achieve goals that utilize your strengths to help you live a more satisfying life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, experiencing a life change, or struggling in your various relationships, I can support you along your journey through high-quality, culturally relevant therapy. Together, we’ll create a space of healing that will support you in learning and enhancing your skills to deal with life and relationships. I look forward to empowering you on your journey towards growth, healing, and living your best life!
