About Barbara

Do you struggle with anxiety or depression? Are you trying to adjust to big changes in your life? Are you stressed and just can’t seem to shake it? I can help. My name is Barb Dunn and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. With more than 20 years of experience, I have helped many who have hit a bump in the road of life. I work with teens and adults who are looking for a better outcome for themselves. Because of my experience working with teens, I am well prepared to help with parenting issues. I am an easy going person with a sense of humor. I think it’s healthy to be able to laugh at our mistakes, gain some insight and move forward. I take a straightforward approach and use cognitive behavior therapy as well as brief solution focused therapy to achieve a positive outcome. When I am not working, I enjoy being outdoors and being with my family. I am here to help you. Whether it is anxiety, depression, adjustment, stress management, self esteem or LGBTQ concerns. I am here to help. Let’s get started! Read more Show less
