About me

You are not alone! Make an appointment by viewing my calendar. No matter what you are going through, we can work through this together! As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe their are many approaches to help a client reach their full potential as the counseling process develops. Active listening and truly hearing what a client has to say is of utmost importance with no judgement. Counseling starts with encouraging the client to explore the areas in which they would like to heal and continue with self- awareness. Client’s will develop self-worth, coping skills, and other valuable resources. My specialty areas cover a wide variety of concerns such as grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and many more. Even through life stressors, an intentional choice can be made to maintain an optimistic viewpoint as healing begins. At your convenience, you can view my calendar and schedule a session. In my experience, it is easier and more convenient for clients to manage their own schedule. By accepting the membership form through betterhelp, you have also accepted and agreed to my personal documentation as follows: 1. Client Statement of Understanding 2. Client Informed Consent Agreement for Telementalhealth services If you have any question, feel free to contact me.
