About me

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 8 years of counseling experience. I have treated a variety of disorders including: depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, borderline personality disorder, dependent personality disorder, addictions and PMDD. I have also helped individuals struggling with physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. My style of therapy is warm, enthusiastic, and upbeat! I follow a non-judgemental approach and I believe that seeking help is the first step towards wellness. My therapy approach is a mix of acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I will tailor our communication and treatment plan to fit your individual needs. If you are ready to move forward in a healthy direction for a better you, I am here to listen and support you 100%!
