About Audra

Hello and congratulations on reaching step one on your journey of achieving! What we wish to achieve in our lives both mentally and emotionally is unique to each of us, however needing support at some point in one's life I believe is universal. I am a counselor licensed in Michigan with over 8 years of experience working as a therapist in individual, family and group settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication issues, parenting problems, crisis, thoughts of self harm, mood and personality disorders, loss, trauma including emotional and sexual abuse, OCD and ADHD. My counseling style is open and non-judgmental. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approaches can combine cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. However I will tailor my support and treatment modalities to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to take the first step, admitting there is a concern and wish to achieve a more fulfilling and happier life. Congratulations on taking that first step! When you are ready for step 2, I am here to support and empower you while you continue on your journey. I look forward to working with you! Read more Show less
