About Aubrey

Hi y'all! My name is Aubrey (she/her), and I'm a clinical social worker licensed in Indiana and Colorado. I work with people with a wide array of concerns, including depression and anxiety, substance use, behavioral addictions, and chronic pain/illness. I also have extensive experience with child welfare and foster care and can help navigate life in or after involvement in these systems. In therapy sessions, I focus on encouraging and supporting you through your challenges, and helping you find new paths forward. I use a mix of trauma-informed and client-centered treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I also use humor in my sessions because sometimes the best way to take power away from the uncomfortable thoughts is to point out the absurd parts of life. In our first session, we'll go over your therapy goals and current symptoms to create a plan for how to move forward. You're in the driver's seat, and I'll be your navigator. I'm looking forward to meeting you and starting this journey together! Read more Show less
