Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Arkansas. If you're deep in the emotional trenches of life and looking for a way forward, I'm ready to come alongside you. It's hard to find the right words or right way to respond to the people around you when you're operating out of survival mode. I'm here to help you breathe a little easier and start finding better footing in the world again. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in integrative therapy.
