About me

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Indiana. I have been providing mental health services for 14 years. I have worked with men and women with a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, body image and relationship issues. I am open to meeting with individuals through the traditional BetterHelp platform, working with couples via the Regain platform and/or counseling persons via the Pride platform. I am able to meet people right where they are. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally. The community is near and dear to my heart. I have a great deal of experience treating persons that have been physically and/or emotionally abused. My counseling approaches include the following: trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and humanistic/client centered counseling. I also enjoy working with clients who prefer a faith centered counseling approach. I pride myself on promoting a safe climate full of empathy and free of judgement.
