Hello there, my name is Ashley Mitchell. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia. I have seven years post master’s experience working with adults with a verity of concerns ranging from relationships with others, self esteem, and developing useful coping skills. I have experience working in a variety of setting including community based mental health services. I believe that part of the therapeutic experience is providing a safe space for individuals to practice new skills including developing assertive communication skills.
