About Ashley

Hello There! I’m Ashley, a clinical counselor. I have a strong history working with a variety of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and autism. Regardless of diagnosis or where you are currently at in regards to making life changes, I am here for it all as each step in these processes are important (even if some feel larger than others). If you are someone struggling with everyday life knowing that things are harder than they should be, I'm your person! By creating a space that is inviting and laid-back, you'll be empowered to bring your full authentic self to each session. The more comfortable you are coming to therapy, the more progress can be made! Some sessions will be that deep processing we’ve come to anticipate therapy as other sessions will focus more on everyday life and building skills. You have already taken a huge step toward therapy by signing up! Know that it is normal for therapy to be scary at first. It is hard work sharing information about your life with someone you don’t know. I am here to support you and answer any questions and discuss any concerns you have about the therapy process. I hope I am able to meet you soon! Read more Show less
