I have an eclectic approach and use interventions/tools from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian therapy, Structural and Experiential. I have experience implementing these tools in family & individual therapy, specifically with presenting concerns of grief, substance use disorder, OCD, Personality Disorders, anxiety disorders and depression. I have worked with clients to meet them where they are and explore where they would like their personal goals to be. Working together we will find the way for you to be the person you want to be and be confident to realize your life potential. I know it can be scary to trust someone new to tell them your story.
