About me

Hello I thank you for the opportunity to work with you. I have experience in providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families and groups. More specifically, I am certified in providing evidence-based psychotherapy for trauma, PTSD, depression and insomnia. I predominantly utilize a Cognitive Behavioral approach, but I also draw from my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, delineating the familial origins of issues; Health Psychology, clarifying the connection between the physical body and emotions; Solution Focused Psychotherapy, identifying existing strengths and coping skills; and Gestalt/Existential psychotherapy, making meaning out of loss/suffering.
