Anita understands and provides psychotherapy understanding that issues are complex and require understanding and sensitivity and allows time to listen to client needs and wants through building a positive working alliance. Anita is also knowledgeable about yoga and meditation as she is a yoga teacher. Anita is experienced in working with people from many cultures, ethnicities and walks of life.
