I have a Ph.D in Psychology,and I am currently licensed as a Professional Counselor in Georgia,and also certified as a National Certified Counselor. I have my Private Practice,and have had Contracts with various agencies. I have 30+ years of experience in the field of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, with clients of all ages ( mostly adolescents and adults ). My experience consists of office management, providing consultations, supervising interns, assessing and treating a variety of mental health and dual diagnoses. For example, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, and dual disorders (mental illness and substance abuse). I provide individual, Group and Family therapy to children, adolescents ,Adults and Geriatrics. The modalities I usually utilize are cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. My approach is humanistic,and I am compassionate,respectful,and sensitive towards you and your current needs. I will design a treatment plan unique and specific to address your issues.
