About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience drawing from a rich tapestry of career, educational, and personal experience which I use to support individuals and groups in attaining holistic wellness. I use an eclectic therapy approach or a blend of therapy approaches along with mind-body techniques to support individuals in managing stress and anxiety, enhancing their self-worth, navigating through grief and loss, adapting to chronic illness, managing life transitions and coping with cross-cultural issues, trauma, PTSD, and other stressors that affect all of us at some time in our lives. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It takes courage to seek out counseling. I am here to support and empower you on your journey toward enjoying the more fulfilling life that you deserve. I offer services through live video sessions and live phone sessions. I do NOT offer services via live chat sessions.
