About me

Times are stressful. So many people are feeling confused or fearful or misunderstood. Sometimes, starting on the path to feeling better is to simply start sharing and exploring ideas. I am a social worker (NY licensed) with over 6 years of experience. I have worked with adolescents, seniors, and all the stages in between. I have helped many people with issues such as depression, anxiety, navigating the workforce as well as crisis and trauma. I also have a background working with seniors and approaching concerns around aging and all that could come with it. I provide a non-judgmental approach and have been described as open-minded and caring. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and have worked with people from different cultural backgrounds. I also have experience with people with substance use issues. I use a variety of approaches tailored toward each individual. I favor a strengths-based approach in order to help people feel empowered and appreciate their abilities. By knowing what you are strong in, you can own your power and help move yourself towards self-awareness and making positive changes. Let’s take this journey towards growth and connection together.
