I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Montana and have over 20 years of experience working as a Counselor to adults and children. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, and ADHD. I also have experience working with people from different cultures than my own. My counseling style is warm and accepting. I believe in treating everyone that contacts me with respect and sensitivity at all times while challenging patterns that might be problematic. My approach uses client centered and solution focused practices that will help us identify your strengths that can resolve the issues that are shared.
