About me

Being anxious about which direction you should take can be complicated and secluding. Difficulties in life can lead to feelings of uncertainty about your abilities and a loss of connection to who you are. Therapy can be an excellent tool to navigate these feelings in a safe and supportive environment. I believe the client holds the knowledge within of the best path forward and I feel honored to work in collaboration with clients to reconnect with themselves or find ways to let their true identity shine. Whether you’re looking for new skills, need to process experiences, or need an ally in your journey, I am here for you in support. I am licensed in South Carolina with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. As someone who has struggled at times with my own issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity, I can relate to client experiences and strive to create a collaborative, safe environment for growth. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Please feel free to send me a message with any questions you may have as a client.
