About me

My name is Amy. I am a clinical psychologist. I have had an exciting career that started with treating Soldiers in the Military. Therefore, I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma and grief and loss. I specialize in helping individuals change their perspective of themselves to gain a more realistic and positive, present view. With this new view, many clients feel increases in confidence, peace, and contentment. I commend you on taking the first steps toward change. Change is a journey characterized with difficulties, fear, work, and excitement all at the same time. I would be honored to go on that journey with you and can’t wait to get to know you better. Best of luck on new beginnings and remember laugher is a great way to find peace and relief in this crazy world.
