Many of the women I support find themselves at a crossroads, feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or ready for something to shift but unsure where to begin. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in welcoming all parts of your experience. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences intersect, helping you build self-understanding, resilience, and trust in yourself.
