About me

I have been licensed for over 15 years in Colorado with diverse therapeutic work experience. For example, helping clients with addictions, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, & intimacy related issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Some of the therapies I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance therapy. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life. Taking the first steps towards change can feel difficult, confusing and isolating. Recognizing how much support can assist, I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
