About Amber

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a compassionate, trauma informed approach to therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families and teenagers, face life’s most difficult moments with clarity and support. I have experience with helping clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions and impact of past experiences. I take a positive, holistic, and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe healing happens when we look at the whole person's mind, body, and environment, while also building self-awareness, self-esteem, and sustainable self-care practices. In our work together, you are in the driver’s seat. I meet you where you are, move at your pace, and prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered. My goal is to ensure therapy should feel supportive and collaborative, not overwhelming or forced. Read more Show less
