It takes a lot to act on that little whisper inside saying maybe it’s time to talk to someone about whatever it is going on in life. I’ve worked in a variety of settings from community behavioral health, domestic violence services, healthcare, and with veterans. I also provide support and assist caregivers for those experiencing dementia specifically. I provide a person-centered and strengths-based approach that focuses on centering your priorities whatever they may be. I believe you are the expert in your life and am just here to support you as we work together in a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I know it can be challenging to find the right therapist and you may have had some negative experiences in the past.
