About me

Hello, my name is Amanda Ellen (named after both my grandmothers.) I first became licensed in Ohio with an LSW in 2003 and then with my LPC in 2013 then my LPCC in 2024. My first job in the field was as a case manger in the public mental health sector working with adults and children that suffer from severe mental illness. I focused on children and teens for a while then went back to serving both adults and children. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, relationships, trauma, self-esteem, & depression. I work with those suffering from addiction, mood disorders, as well as personality disorders. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Truest You Mental Health Services; transparently authentic!
