About me

I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida for over 20 years. I am a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the Miami Institute of Psychology. I have worked as a psycho-counselor for both children and adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, post-partum depression, body image, relationship issues, parenting problems, motivation, self-esteem issues, and emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, compassionate, insightful and thought provoking. I believe in treating anyone with openness, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines a compassionate and practical technique providing client-centered treatment. I will tailor each client with an individualized treatment plan based on your unique and specific needs. I look forward to helping you embrace a new, happier and more fulfilling outlook on life.
