About Alexandria

Hi, I'm Alex! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and one of my greatest passions is helping people better understand themselves and their relationships. I approach therapy through a systemic lens, meaning I like to look at the bigger picture. Our challenges rarely exist in isolation, and understanding the patterns, relationships, and experiences that contribute to them can be an important part of creating lasting change. I particularly enjoy working with couples, specializing in high-conflict and high-achieving relationships. Whether you're struggling with communication, feeling disconnected, or finding yourselves having the same arguments over and over, I enjoy helping couples break unhelpful cycles and rediscover healthier ways to connect. I also have experience supporting military individuals, couples, and families through the unique challenges of military life. My background also includes experience with neurofeedback and neuromodulation for mental health, which complements my interest in understanding how our emotional and physiological experiences influence our relationships and everyday lives. I believe good therapy involves compassion, curiosity, collaboration, and sometimes a little bit of challenging ourselves to see things differently. My hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward meaningful, sustainable change. Read more Show less
