About Alexandra

For over seven years, I have worked in an array of environments throughout New York City providing clinical services towards men and young adults from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and religions. I have supported individuals navigating major life transitions, struggling with depression, anxiety, who have endured significant trauma, substance use, and legal involvement. My top priority is creating a nonjudgmental, safe, and comfortable environment where clients feel respected and supported. I believe in treating each individual with compassion and dignity while helping you become the best version of yourself. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, strength based perspective to provide therapeutic support and psychoeducation. My goal is to foster resilience, self-efficacy, and meaningful personal growth tailored to your unique goals. I look forward to meeting you, learning about you, and supporting you as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself. Read more Show less
