I am Alex Blankenstein. I am a devoted husband, father of 3 boys, therapist, strong mind coach, ultra-endurance athlete, backcountry adventurer, Halloween enthusiast, aspiring carpenter, mediocre comedian, backyard “chickeneer”, and oatmeal connoisseur. You might say that I love pushing my limits and being creative in many areas of life. I love to see what I am capable of.
