My desire is to help each client feel heard and seen and breathe a little easier while also maintaining excellent attention to detail. My goal when meeting clients is to create a comfortable environment where they can identify what led them to seek therapy and what goals they would most like to reach. I have a BA in Psychology and MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
