It's been my privilege to serve individuals who have struggled with life issues that have made their lives difficult for them. These issues often lead to depression, anxiety and low-self esteem depending on they are processed and how we think about them. I have been helping people deal with these life issues and resulting inner conflicts for over 40 years. With a Masters in Counseling and my professional and personal experiences, I am in a unique position to provide you with a variety of approaches and strategies to resolve these conflicts. I believe that the way in which we think about an incident in our lives often determines how we feel and behave. Therefore, using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy I help individuals consider how they tend to think about traumatic and other life events and help them re-frame their thoughts into more productive thoughts.
