About The Arc Montgomery County

The Arc Montgomery County is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that strives to promote inclusion and fulfillment for people of all ages and abilities. Our organization provides a variety of services and support including accessible child care, before and after school youth programs, work skills training, employment, community living support, resources, advocacy support and respite care. With an annual budget of approximately $24 million and almost 500 employees, we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Montgomery County. Our mission is to create a more inclusive and fulfilling environment for everyone.
