Special Olympics Texas – Midland is committed to empowering and transforming the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports and competition. We provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in Olympic-type sports, giving our athletes opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community. Our mission is to create an inclusive, vibrant and welcoming environment for everyone involved to grow, learn, and succeed.
