Founded in 2002, PCS is driven by the mission to help individuals with disabilities move from restrictive living environments into more inclusive, independent living arrangements. Our dedicated team works with individuals and their circle of support to provide the resources and opportunity to make life decisions based on choice, personal preferences, and need. Services include Supported Living, Independent Living, Respite Care, Behavior Modification, and Alternative to Day Services Programs.
